Cadauta Revive produces filling bodies made of all kinds of plastics in various different shapes, that is: Cadaring (Pall), Cadfilter (ecological), Cadform (ecological), Cadcylind (Raschig), Cadspher (spheres). The operations in which they have been succesfully used are: distillation, absorption, extraction, regeneration, cooling, deodorization, washing and elimination of smoke and gases, desalinization, water oxygenation and purification. The utilization of CADAUTA filling bodies offers following advantages: high percentage of empty spaces, limited loss of load, great surface of exchange per unit of volume, excellent characteristics of distribution of gas or liquid, resistance to the chemical agents of the solutions present in the plants, excellent mechanical resistance, dimensional stability at high temperatures, extreme lightness, easiness of removing, small dimentions of the columns, absence of foams, breakings or dusts. In order to meet the various industrial needs, the Cadarings and the other filling bodies are produced with different technopolymers, more precisely:

PP for general uses and for temperatures up to 115°C.

PPX for decarbonization plants and for long periods at high temperature, up to 120°C.

PPFV loaded, for special uses at temperatures up to 125°C.

PVDF for a high chemical resistance and for temperatures up to 150°C.

ECTFE excellent chemical resistance and for temperatures up to 170°C.

PTFE/PFA for absolute chemical resistance and high temperatures, up to 260°C.

CADAUTA REVIVE is a first-class supplied of filling bodies in Italy and abroad for important chemical and petrolchemical industries, fertilizers, pharmaceutics, plants for water treatment, and so on.
